Last updated: July 27, 2026

The service

Sitector ("we", "the Service") provides automated audits of Squarespace websites at sitector.com, including free audit features and any paid features introduced later. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

Acceptable use

You agree to:

  • Only submit sites you own or have permission to evaluate.
  • Not scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
  • Not use the Service to probe, attack, or burden third-party sites or networks.

We may suspend or block usage that violates these rules.

What the reports are (and aren't)

Audit reports are automated, best-effort estimates provided "as is" for informational purposes. They are not professional consulting, legal advice, or a guarantee of search rankings, traffic, or revenue. Web performance and SEO depend on many factors outside our control, and findings may occasionally be incomplete or wrong. Decisions you make from a report are yours.

Accounts and email

If you provide an email address, you confirm it's yours and that we may use it as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Your site and its content remain yours. The Service — its code, design, report formats, and our written content — remains ours. You may share, screenshot, and reuse your own audit reports however you like.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sitector is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost revenue, rankings, or data). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim — which, for the free tool, is $0.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
