Sitector — sitector.com

Last updated: July 27, 2026

The short version

You give us a URL, we fetch that site's public pages, and we show you a report. We don't run ads, we don't sell or rent your data, and we don't set tracking cookies.

What we collect

  • Audit submissions. The URL you submit, the report it produces (scores and findings), and when it ran. We store these in our database so results can be retrieved later and so we can improve the tool.
  • Email address (if you give it). If you enter your email to have your audit report sent to you, we store it and use it only for that purpose. We don't send marketing or product-update emails today; if we ever do, every non-essential email will include an unsubscribe link.
  • Server logs. Our infrastructure providers keep standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability.

What we don't do

  • No advertising and no ad trackers.
  • No third-party analytics cookies on sitector.com.
  • No selling, renting, or sharing of personal data with marketers.
  • No access to private areas of your site. The audit only fetches what any public visitor — or search engine — can see.

Who processes data on our behalf

  • Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and security for sitector.com.
  • DigitalOcean — application hosting and database.
  • Resend — delivers transactional email on our behalf.

Each processes data under its own privacy policy and security practices.

Data retention

Audit results are kept until you ask us to delete them. Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your choices

  • Email privacy@sitector.com to view or delete your audit history or email address.
  • Unsubscribe from non-essential email via the link in any message.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we'll update this page and the date above. Material changes will be flagged clearly, not buried.
